To reach out more effectively to the community the Commission has put in place a confidential free-phone service and post office box address through which information can be passed to it.

The Commission’s investigations depend on information being provided to it. Any information passed to the Commission will be treated in the strictest confidentiality and will not be used for any purpose other than locating the remains of victims.

The Commission is deeply committed to alleviating the suffering of the bereaved families but in order to advance its work it needs information. The Commission appeals to anyone with information that may be of help to pass it on immediately.
